Over the years I’ve enjoyed building and testing different types of software. To me, it’s interesting to see the user flows from my perspective (getting to that “aha” moment):
- Messaging – how compelling is the copy? Users must be able to understand the value of using the software
- Ease of use – What is the learning curve to getting started in using the software?
- Value prop – is the value prop enough to get the user to keep coming back and using the software (does it solve a “real” need or problem?)
