Failing to start a Podcast
In 2018 I wanted to do something new, I was not sure what exactly I wanted to do, but I knew I wanted to do something new. As I wrote various options, starting a podcast was something I had considered previously. However, due to the technical knowledge I never really followed up on it.
Finally, I decided to go all in and start a podcast, I had guests lined up and knew exactly what I wanted to talk about (well to an extent).
As I recorded each episode I was learning so much and I was more excited to record the next. The problem, I did not want to edit the episodes and therefore, around 17 episodes never saw the day of light.
Recently, I decided to call it a day and declare podcast bankruptcy.
I'm filing for Bankruptcy. That is 🎙 Podcast Bankruptcy.
Deleting the backlog of 18 previously recorded episodes to focus on the now.
Thank you to all 18 people who were on @theproductangle I'll be inviting you again for fresh content.
Thank you. 🙏

Launching Podcast Stuff Notebook
This is the notebook 📙 I wish I had when I first started my Podcast.
Do you host a podcast or want to start one?
Starting and hosting a podcast takes a lot of work. Trust me I know, I had zero audio or video skills. I started my podcast and recorded about 18 episodes, however, I only edited and released one.
As I try again to build my podcast again, this time for Season 2 I am using the Podcast Stuff Notebook to help me plan, research and tell stories for my episodes!
I was stuck, I focused on the wrong this and quickly became overwhelmed.
Don’t get stuck worrying about workflow and technical details or forget what you want to talk about during your recording (yes! I forgot what I wanted to talk about on episode…well let’s see if you can notice listen to the very first episode here.
